Sunita will then translate the law firm's needs into measurable, tangible projects with agreements for payment and deadlines. After completing the consultation and both Paralegal Support Services and the law firm are in agreement for payment, terms, and deadlines on projects, Sunita will then provide the independent contractor agreement for execution by the law firm and Paralegal Support Services along with a W9 for the attorney's accounting requirements.
